Every Modern Warfare needs a "No Russian" moment. They might as well print it on the back of the box. A leaked video of Modern Warfare 3's crack at the idea has surfaced on Youtube, ahead of the game's release on 8th November.

In case you'd forgotten, "No Russian" popped the player into the shoes of an undercover agent obliged to participate in a terrorist airport attack in order to keep his cover. You were never forced to kill civilians, but the option was there.

The new Modern Warfare's equivalent is a little tamer. Keen to avoid spoilers? Stop reading now.

The sequence features a family of American tourists visiting London. It takes place from the viewpoint of the father, filming his wife and daughter in front of Big Ben. Seconds later a truck pulls up next to the family and explodes, killing all three and flooding the street with gas. According to CVG, the player is given no chance to intervene.

If you want to watch it, watch it sooner rather than later. Activision's likely to pull this soon.
